Email hello@holdingcost.com. Include enough detail for us to act — for corrections, that means the page URL, the specific number or claim that's wrong, and where applicable the inputs you used.

What we can help with

• Corrections. If a calculator result, guide, glossary entry, or any other number on the site is wrong, we want to know. Our editorial policy describes how corrections are handled, including engine-version bumps when a calculation fix ships.
• Accessibility issues. If a page, form, or interactive element doesn't meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, our accessibility statement describes how to report and what to expect.
• Editorial and content feedback. Suggestions for guides, glossary terms, or calculator improvements.
• Embed-related questions. If you are embedding one of our calculators on your site and have a question about the iframe, the share-link contract, or the attribution bar.

What we can't help with

• Individual financial, legal, or tax advice. Our calculator results are estimates only. See the disclaimer for the full scope. Consult a qualified licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
• Account or login issues. HoldingCost requires no account; there is nothing to log into. All calculator state lives in your browser URL — share the URL to share the scenario.
• Advertiser placement enquiries. Display advertising, when it is live, is served programmatically through Google AdSense. Advertisers should work through their AdSense or Google Ad Manager interface, not directly with us. See how we make money.

Response expectation

HoldingCost is a small operation. We aim to acknowledge correction reports and accessibility issues within a few business days. Complex queries may take longer. Some categories carry their own response commitments in the relevant policy — for example, privacy enquiries are addressed by the privacy policy's 30-day response window, and our security policy describes the coordinated disclosure timeline for security reports.
